Cancellation Policy

NO SHOWS ARE THE WORST!! Not only is it disrespectful...it can cost the salon and the stylist a lot of money--Especially when there is no protocol in place on how to handle this situation when it happens.  We created this document to either email or print and mail to your guest...it is direct with humor and care as to not offend but to share that we can not tolerate the behavior.  This policy gives grace but also helps to enforce fees and deposits if necessary without discomfort.

PDF can be used to email to your client to remind them of your policy, but also print one out to display in your salon.
